Is the Bible really the Word of God?
Is one way the only way?
How can a good God allow suffering?
Are science and faith incompatible?
Is the Bible homophobic?

The Cambridge Summer School of Apologetics will tackle these questions head on, making it ideal for anyone who wants to become better equipped to respond to the real questions of friends. The course will also consider the practicalities of sharing faith, finding ways to manoeuvre with confidence and grace in any conversation.

Greg Koukl is the founder of Stand To Reason ministries, a Christian organisation dedicated to equipping Christians to clearly articulating their faith with knowledge, wisdom and character. Greg is the author of ‘Tactics—A Game Plan for Discussing Your Christian Convictions’ (Zondervan, 2009), and co-author of ‘Relativism: Feet Firmly Planted in Mid-Air’ (Baker Book House, 1998). As well as being interviewed on CBN and the BBC, Greg has hosted his own radio talk show for over 20 years advocating clear-thinking Christianity and defending the Christian worldview. With an MA in Philosophy of Religion and Ethics, and another in Christian Apologetics, Greg is a regular visiting lecturer at Biola University, California.

Greg writes, 'Christians need a good dose of confidence. I am animated by the conviction that Christianity and Christian values, if properly understood and properly articulated, can “stand to reason” in the public square. The truth is on our side, but whether that truth will make a difference depends on whether or not the church is trained to engage others in gracious yet incisive dialog. There’s a desperate need to equip followers of Jesus Christ to explain and defend Christian beliefs and values with people who don’t understand our language and who don’t accept our source of authority.'
